## Setup the Development Environment

The guide covers how to setup the development environment, including the tools you need to install and how to run the project locally. The following steps are a simple version:

### Step 1 - Fork the repository

Fork the `shadcn/ui` repository to your GitHub account:

1.  Go to the [shadcn/ui](https://github.com/shadcn-ui/ui) repository.
2.  Click the "Fork" button in the top-right corner of the page.

It tells us about the repository, what is the structure, which you've learned

and it tells you how to develop for the library, and what is the commit

The first step would be to fork the Shat-CNI repository to your GitHub account,

and then click on the fork button in the top right corner of the page, and

GitHub will create a fork of the Shat-CNI repository in your GitHub account.

Now you need to clone the repository to your machine. This is the second step.

Open a terminal and change the current wording directory to the location where

From it's /dev, and then type git clone and paste the URL that you've copied

Then navigate to the project directory and install all the dependencies.

Shat-CNI uses a pnpm as a bucket manager, and you can install it by running npm

Now you can run the project. Let's run pnpm.

And open the URL that is being printed to the terminal.

You should now see the documentation website running on your computer.

With the project, navigate to dialoguedemo.tsix.

Then change the edit profile to edit your profile. Look at the edit profile

Make sure you're on the default style again.

And you can see that it's edit your profile.

This means that your development environment is ready.
